This is the square at the bottom of the body graph and the sacral, because I found it really outstanding. And I think I never talked about that before. Maybe that's why I was drawn to it. It is the channel of concentration and yes, so it is the channel of concentration, which is a design of determination and what it says is just in on a surface level, not in the depth that I could share about it.

I never, ever had a breathwork session before and it was a bit even nervous to do that. And what I experienced was a Karen, It was so focused bringing a focused energy to the session, and that is what this, this is all about bringing focus to groups, bringing focus to anyone you work with because you radiate this energy of concentration and focus so that the world around you, the people around you, they totally feel this presence of someone who is focused and that

Which is pretty funny because growing up I struggled with focus. So it's funny. It's interesting to listen to you saying all this about me because I'm like, Wow, I really come a long way. Because before if people were to label me, they totally call me A.D.D. or ADHD or something, right? Because I didn't know how to focus. Yeah, and I've worked a lot on that.

So that's awesome that, that that's what you're seeing and what you're picking up. And I feel the same. Like I feel like I have been able to focus a lot better than I used to. So it's interesting you're bringing that up and all around the human design. So very cool.

And the interesting thing now that you mention it and I need to share that for everyone who has this channel or even the gate that comes from the root, the root. So the bottom center is something that you can imagine as a center of energy that is pulsating and it could stop sending all the information for a while.

That could be for an hour, that could be for half a day, that could be maybe four, even days or longer. And when this takes place, which is like a natural rhythm of pulsation, then you could feel like, I can't focus. I can't concentrate on the work that is just for any gate that is connected to the root.

And maybe this is when you experienced phases of not being that focused or not being so concentrated. And the secret in that is just seeing things really positively. You know, that you have this channel, you know that you are gifting focus to people around you. And when you are not in this phase of being concentrated or focused, then just take a day off, go out into nature, withdraw, relax, replenish, just acceptance is the key to that.

And is giving ourselves permission. Yeah, right. Like if you're having a day like it's out, if you're having a day or nothing, like everything, it's just nothing's going right then. Or maybe it is going right. Divided divine. What right is right. However, then it's like, okay, maybe I just need to surrender and just take a day for myself, right?

Or for yourself, whoever that is. Right? Because it's important to do that. And we're so taught, you know, at a very young age that we have if we're not busy, we're lazy. And I know where that comes from, right? So that's what I believe. Anyway.

I think that is such an important message you share. So even for anyone who does not have this root connection to focus, I think that is an invitation to freedom. And that's what you're all about. Think in life, you know, we've been so programed growing up, right? And, you know, we take on other people's beliefs of way life should be right. However, when we start going on a journey of I'm like, for me, it was in 2018 when I'm going on a healing journey after having had cancer and going through divorce and all this, right?

And then we start bringing pieces of ourselves back to us. The more we go on this journey, it's like, Let's find out who we truly are, because we really most people don't even know who they are, right? I'm still learning who I am, right? And what Breathwork does. Like I got introduced to it when I went to a retreat and doing plant medicine.

There was a gentleman there who did Breathwork and when I was the first time I did it, I was kind of like, I don't know if I trust this. This is weird. This is like stirring up stuff that I don't really like that I buried a long time. However, you know, the facilitator, Giovanni, was like, just like, just breathe.

Just like, bring down your breath. Right? Like you're safe. Reminding me I'm safe, right? Because we get into this state of not feeling safe, and we don't even know what that is, right? So I was like, okay. However, for me, I learned that people I saw people release trauma. I saw people like heavy duty trauma. I saw people let go of things that were keeping them.

Stock addiction. I've seen people heal addiction. And, you know, in different sessions that I've been in. So the first time I did it, it made me a little bit nervous because, again, it's trusting and it's letting go of control. I've been in control my entire life, right? Because it keeps you safe. So as time went on, I just started learning how to trust, how to trust in myself, how to trust in the process, how to trust to let go of things that aren't serving me anymore, that are keeping me stuck.

And what again, what Breathwork does is it taps into that deeper emotion that we bury so much, right? When people say, I'm fine, I'm fine, I'm fine. Really. No, what you've done is you buried that emotion deep in your gut. Welcome to digestive issues. Right? So as like I mentioned as before, like, just as time went on, I just really it helped me learn how to trust in myself, learn how to trust in that.

The process, build confidence, you know? And then I thought, well, why am I just doing this for me? Because when you're feeling anxiety or stressed out, your brain's not thinking of like, I've got to do this and got to do that, and your body on a physiological way is not thinking, I got to digest, I got a heel, it's going, I'm being chased by a bear. I got to run. However, if we pause for a second and just do some slow breathing, we calm down the nervous system, then we're able to think again and and also help our body.

And this this is the hardest where anxiety or a loss of control sets in. It's like, what's going on with my body? That is so strange. And you never, ever experience that in everyday life because oftentimes breathing is shallow. There is no focus to be back at the focus topic. And then I had to learn, Well, look at how his life was growing up. Wasn't so great, Right? However. And then I had a vision of him and his dad walking when he was a little boy. Because we carry lineage stuff. Yeah, right. I mean that's got, I could definitely talk more about but he was well yeah. Like it was just interesting like all that look at this right. Yeah, it is. It is. Everyone should trade it out and should connect with you to be introduced to this amazing work. And so it sounds strange to call it work for me. It is healing is activating, it is letting go. It is expansion. It is amazing. It is the channel of judgment. You could call it the channel of judgment. When someone really wants to or has this tendency to be a perfectionist when it comes to their own life, but also to improving other people's stuff.

So that is meant with judgment. It is really seeing mistakes or wanting to improve to make it perfect. That is what the whole channel is about. And as you see 18 and that's what I really want to focus on is up here as this number in your conscious son and what that means, why this is so important. Though? It is some words are when you look at the whole channel, it is someone that is and that sounds so negative. You get everything, see, like black and white. But we are not here to see it. Black and white, black and white, right or wrong, true or false. It is like this channel of judgment makes you want to improve past stories, makes you want to improve everything that you do, makes you judge yourself.

So it's interesting that you brought up that because in the last few weeks I've been I've been in a funk, right? And generally I don't get into for very long.

It's kind of like, okay, here's my lesson and then what do I need to do? Move on? And I have my own tools to help me release it or I have people to help me, right? But I also allowed myself to go through whatever I was going through. And then I heard this little voice that said, You don't have to be perfect. Yeah. And it just something switched in me where I was like, my God, I was being in that perfectionism, the judgment, all that. And I was like, I like what? I don't have to be perfect anymore. And then this morning I was doing some I was listening to something around tapping and it just everything is just lining up exactly what I needed because I'm asking for help and it's showing me. Right. So it was interesting you brought up that cause it's like, okay. It makes it all makes sense.

It always makes sense. And it is such a good example. That's I'm going to record a session with just me talking about magnificence, and I just feel this is such a great example of magnificence because you just could go down the road and say, yeah, perfection is judgment, negative negativity, but you can always look at it from different perspective, from different angles.

You can talk to your inner child as you do. And then there is this message you don't need to be perfect. That is just you can change everything. You always can decide a new. I know this feeling really well of feeling like crap around certain financial things and stuff like that, right? And then I was I was just what I went through, the perfectionism. I was like, okay, so I know what this feels like living in survival. What does it feel like to live in, well, abundance, thriving, freedom. What does that feel like?

And I was like going, I actually don't know. So I've been the last few days because this is all recent that I'm like, okay, well, what would it feel like? So, no, what I do is I help people guide them through breathwork, through coaching, to help find their purpose and find build confidence and trust in this process and to also be aware of what I call the monkey mind that will take you on a trip and how to what this actually all means.

I just caught myself as my background is being a teacher and teacher's trainer and I really studied psychology in depth and teaching others and dealing with teenagers. So I was the one who had high school kids at school and I really loved that. And then when I stopped doing that and started my business and did all the thousand apprenticeships that I said, I felt like, no, that was this phase in time where I was working with kids and now I'm into different phase.
